B&H and Adorama owned by same family?

Honestly I think the customer service at B&H is night and day difference to Adorama.

I've had good and crummy service from both companies. It really depends on who you get on the phone and how happy they are that day. Knock on wood the good calls are much greater than the bad ones.

Very concerned to read this; Adorama feedback at resellerratings.com is currently 9.62/10. Admittedly not quite a 'perfect 10', but getting very close.

Bearing in mind that the Nikon manufacturing plants in Japan & Thailand are still not running at full capacity following their recent natural disasters, I don't see that happening in a long time.....
