Which DSLR or mirrorless camera has the best low light auto focus?

I have both a Nikon D600 and a Sony A7.  Neither really have all that great of auto focus when there isn't much light around.  Which camera on the market is best for this?

Probably D4/D810 or Canon 5Diii/1Dx.

I know my 1Dx can focus in pretty low light, but honestly I think the D3s I used to have was a little snappier.

But all cameras struggle to focus in low light.

Yeah, I understand all are going to have a tough time and to some degree it's limited on the user too.  I've been getting into urban night shots and sometimes (most of the time), getting a sharp autofocus is tough.  Most of the sharp focused shots that I'm able to get are result of me manually focusing.

I was hoping to hear some lesser priced options.  1Dx and D4 are killer cameras, however just a bit out of my spending range at the time.

Night shots have always been the realm of manual focus to get the shot right. The only thing that has really changed is that now you can hand shoot because of the high ISO ranges. You can also close up your f-stop as well to get more in focus, or actually to compensate for minor off focusing, and still have decent shutter speeds.

I frequently shoot live classical music concerts (low lighting), and switched from a D3 to a D3s exactly because of the very clean captures possible above ISO1200. The extra DOF and speed possible made a significant difference, not to speak of the reduced post-processing time...

Well manual focus is pretty much what I have been doing.  Wasn't sure if there was more options given by improved technology.

Just think, one day you could snap off a shot in pitch black and have it focused.
