correct. However the downside to plexiglass is that it will turn yellowish over time and scratches easy. Granted it's much more durable. This I would categorize as fine art creation. I doubt that makes much sense. I see you being able to take an average photo and use this sort of print to make it much more special. I would categorize metal prints in the same way. It just adds more 'interest' to the photo and visual experience IMO.
