I've been on the fence for one of these and just noticed this review. This looks so much better than the Phantom IMO.

I have not seen this before.  When you  are shooting video, can you sync this head set with the onboard video?

This is similar technology that the military has been using for years.

That's a whole another market of users.  Which is not their bread and butter.  These are out of the box ready to fly, where as supply your own camera package wouldn't yield the same get out there and use instantly buyer.  Unless they were a photographer.  

Then again, I would rather learn on something like a DJI Phantom before mounting my camera on a quad-copter and potentially crashing destroying both camera and machine.

They do have copters that carry dslrs.  It's on the main page. I have a phantom vision v3.  I'll be upgrading to the dji inspire probably later this year once i get a better grasp on flying.

When the last candle has been blown out
