If you've been on Photography Talk for any length of time, you've probably seen several of Bryan Peterson's video tutorials. They are featured in the forums often, for a very good reason: Bryan has a way of thinking outside the box that makes learning photographic techniques fun and easy.

That creative thinking is even more evident in this incredible guide to some of the most common and potentially complex issues about photography. Not only does he make them understandable, he gives you simple, clear-cut solutions.

From quick and easy solutions for depth of field problems, to improving your landscapes, photographing motion and a host of other problematic subjects for both novice and experienced photographers, this book simply shows you real solutions. What's more, it does so in plain, uncomplicated English. The final chapter even delves in to some really creative fun, like photographing "ghosts", light painting and zooming during the exposure.

No matter what your level of experience, you're going to find some valuable information in this book and you'll actually enjoy reading it.
Want more than just good reading? Bryan's covered that, too - the Kindle
edition comes packed with video and audio presentations to make things
even easier to understand.

Just wondering - who are you?? I ask because you seem to be fairly new to the site and the posts I've seen by you seem to be promoting books etc. Did I miss something? are you a new addition to PT staff?

A very good question and a fair one, Sharon.

The name is Dana, yes, that profile pic is actually me, and I've been working with the PT staff for a while now, but keeping a low profile. I'm going to be bringing you some new features here in the forums, as well as taking on some of the tasks that Alex was handling.

I apologize for the "air of mystery"; that wasn't the intent. We're just anxious to implement some things that we think everyone will enjoy and decided to forgo the introduction temporarily. I'll be rounding out my profile and sharing some of my work as time allows. I'll also be contributing what I can to discussions and I promise to play nice with everyone.

So, there you have it. Nice to "meet" you.
