LightBox Photography Cards: MOBILE Edition Launched!

8 years 1 month ago - 8 years 1 month ago #476194 by Alex
Hey Paul!

My new Macro Edition of your cards came in on Friday last week and I just want to say these kick some serious butt!   I had the weekend to play around with a few of the 52 bite size lessons that come in this deck and I'll say this: You have managed to raise the bar... yet AGAIN!

Those that want the motivation, direction or inspiration to learn macro photography are going to love these cards.  OK... so now that I have totally hijacked your Mobile Edition thread.  I'll just say, I can't wait to get my hands on those too!

Cheers...

Alex

P.S.  I was just thinking, these days I don't always travel around with my D800, however I always have my iPhone with me.  Which means, when the mobile edition of your cards comes out, convenience just went through the roof because both my iPhone and your cards are so darn small, I'll always have both with me!

Is there an app for these?

An app is something I've been toying with, but the analog, tactile quality of the cards is something I think everyone is enjoying - it's not quite a book, but can fit in the camera bag and be carried around with ease. After this Mobile edition and the Wedding edition, I think it'll be time to seriously looking into app development . . . Great minds think alike!

How are you picking your topics for these?

As with the previous decks, Miss Polly, I choose the topics myself . . . it's one of the best parts of creating a project like this - coming up with the challenges!
