This is really nice. I love these into-the-sun shots showing a sunrise or sunset. Leaves a great silhouette. If anything I would have cropped it slightly differently, mainly to cut out the viewing platform and reduce the amount of dark area. Something like this:




But other than that it's a great shot. :thumbsup:

Happy holidays and you bring up a few valid points.  When I return home I will look at a few things.  I have several photos to go through like 258 lol.  I hope a couple dozen are good.

This is dark and kind of reminds me of space for some reason.  A shot that makes you think = interesting in my book!

I wanted to capture in this moment a dawn of a new day as it destroys the night.  Everything from that point of view facing me was still in shadow and I wanted the viewer to feel that.
