Anyhow, if you used Autofocus, looks like the Sony has good AF performance .
I find it odd that people find mist to be spooky. I always felt that misty photos have a beauty to them too. And since I do a lot of forest photography, particularly in the early morning, more often than not there will be mist. Has it's own unique aesthetic, imo.
And no, that's not with autofocus. I hardly ever touch autofocus.
