I think I have over edited on this one. Please point out any correction you think might help.

All but the jelly beans look a little dark on my monitor.

Needs a beginning, middle and end (week 3). There's no story here.

I noticed this, and also that the background on the left side of #1 looks like it has a lot of cloning.

I'm a little reticent on pointing out "dark" shots here, as most of the shots posted on this site appear dark to me. For a while I thought this was just my cheap monitor. Took the step of buying a calibration unit for my monitor, the shots still look dark!

For my personal taste, I like photos just a little darker than most people probably do. So some of mine that I post are probably included in the ones that look dark. Lately I've been trying to move away from that tendency though, and make my images more client/portfolio friendly.

I like the idea of the two ducks in a row, and the jelly beans w/a reflection, but your first sentence is probably telling you what you need to know. I don't know who the nice looking woman is but with that cropped some that could be a nice photo of her; the signs to the left have some whimsy w/the hand and the arrow pointing but the background on the right doesn't seem to be doing much for the image. The one of the house seems to have a bit of an odd slight curve to it or something? - maybe it was the lens? not sure how to describe it (some parallax maybe?)

Thank you Sharon. I see the lens distortion now in the house shot. Thinking back I was zoomed out all the way at 18mm so yes, it must be the lens. I should practice fixing that problem as my next lens will be a fisheye. I appreciate the close look and critique. :goodpost:
