Need Software Advice For My Business

13 years 6 months ago #3859 by sons
I have just recently started a photography business, and I am using a Nikon D3000 and I have a new laptop. I need a software that will help me resize photo's to fit into keychains, etc. Does anyone know what software I can use to do this with?

Photoimpact Pro. has a very easy to use resizing tool, also Photoshop elements7 is also good. with PhotoImpact all you have to do is type in the size and the resolution and it's done, plus it's alot cheaper than Photo Shop

I agree on PSE 7. You can set your size and your resolution in the crop tool. I use that method very often. I apply any other adjustments after I have my final size and rez.

I hate to say it, but if you are on Windows 7, the native photo viewer now has some very easy to use tools to resize, crop, and minor editing. It is no substitute for photoshop, but if you want something similar for free, try Gimp . It is free software and works great. I have been using it for years, though I plan on buying CS5 soon.
