Love the lens. The Sigma Art series is phenomenal. Would probably replace the 24-70mm with the 24mm Art prime since I hardly ever use the zoom and with the A7RV I can crop a ton. Also looking at a 14mm Art prime at some point.

Your finished work is just so beautiful, you mind me asking what is your software of choice for what ever editing you do to your photos?

Thank you so much. I use Lightroom for editing, although I generally edit as little as possible. Mostly I enhance the colours slightly and add some contrast, nothing wild. Often I will remove contrails if it doesn't fit the mood of the frame. But again, I keep it to a minimum. Here is the above photo showing the raw on the left and the edited on the right. Not a huge difference to be honest.

Lightroom is what I use as well, it's a great all in one editor and image management.  Love your work and appreciate you sharing about your processing.  You mind me asking how long you have been taking photos?

You have way with the camera.  Have you tried time lapse before?  Some of these locations that you have photographed would make epic spots for time lapses.

I have. Once. Used a Sony camcorder to film a sunrise over about 2,5 hours and then got it down to a minute. Upload it to Instagram (which mangled the quality) and it got a lot of positive feedback although I personally thought it was meh. Prefer photography, tbh.

G'day mate

Well- I had a sqwiz at it and "it's okay for what it is / was"
I presume that the pros who do this sort of stuff regularly have beaut pp stuff to fix the hi-contrast parts of the image
