Nikon z6 ii ; '' error, press shutter release button..'' message

2 years 9 months ago #721490 by aog.photo
Hi guys,

I just bought nikon z6 ii two days ago. Loved the camera when i used it but today i am kind of dissapointed.
When using my nikon F mount lenses with the FTZ, everything goes well. But i tried today my 70-200 from tamron with the FTZ and i get the ''error, press shutter release button'' message and its making me mad. I see it's defenitely suppose to work with non-nikon lenses so i really don't get why i have this issue. Does someone else have this problem ? How can i fix that? Really not happy about that and i don't see myself buying a 70-200 from nikon just for that...

The most important piece of gear was, is, and always will be a lens.
I know it mean some more dough but also peace of mind and the
legendary quality in optics and built.

Ok, thanks. But that's not useful. Tamron 70-200 is pretty sharp and after reading reviews & having testing both, didn't worth paying more for the nikon. More than happy with the Tamron.

Back to subject tho, someone having this issue?
