Nikon getting serious about mirrorless with the Z9?

Putting aside the Z7 and Z6, and that other smaller mirrorless camera they had a few years back.  Do you think the Z9 is when Nikon took this mirrorless shift more serious?

I’m considering buying one later on.  The advancements look like it’d be worth the jump.

When the last candle has been blown out
and the last glass of champagne has been drunk
All that you are left with are the memories and the images-David Cooke.

They have to. They were hemorrhaging  and bleeding out. The z6 and z7 version 3 will use the same AF as the Z9, again they have to, to compete.

Same thing happened with digital until the d3 came out

Nikon took a big leap forward when Sony started producing their sensors.
