CONTEST RULES
1. Eligibility. Each Participant must be: (i) 18 years of age by May 1, 2012; (ii) in good standing; (iii) have agreed to be bound by these Rules. Employees, contractors, as well as their immediate families, of PhotographyTalk, its affiliates, and any representatives or agencies of PhotographyTalk or other persons professionally connected with the Contest are not eligible to participate. This Contest is void where prohibited.
2. Contest Period. The Contest begins on May 1, 2012 at 2:00:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time (PST) and ends on May 31, 2012 at 11:59:59 PM, Pacific Standard Time (PST).

4. Conduct. By entering the Contest, you agree to comply with and be bound by the Rules, which will also be posted on the Contest Website. Failure to comply with these Rules may result in your disqualification from the Contest. You further agree to comply with and be bound by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. PhotographyTalk reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant it finds to be: (1) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (2) violating the Rules; (3) violating the terms of service, conditions of use or general rules or guidelines of any PhotographyTalk property or service; (4) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any false information provided within the context of the Contest by any Participant concerning identity, postal address, ownership of rights or non-compliance with the Rules may result in the immediate disqualification of a Participant from the Contest. PhotographyTalk further reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it believes in its sole and unfettered discretion, infringes upon any third party right, violates any law or otherwise does not comply with these Rules. Only one person may post under a single account entered into the Contest.
5. Judging and Selection of Winners: All contests and giveaway prizes are awarded via random drawing

All prizes will be sent directly by the sponsor with their preferred shipping method, unless otherwise specified. All taxes (federal, state, local or otherwise) on prize(s) and all expenses related to acceptance and use of prize(s) are the sole responsibility of prize winner. Shipping is free for USA residents; winners outside of USA are responsible for shipping fees, duties and your country taxes. Prizes may not be substituted or transferred. . Each winner must provide PhotographyTalk with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Any person winning over $600 in prizes from PhotographyTalk will receive an IRS form 1099-MISC at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.

7. Publicity. By participating, all participants and winner(s) grant PhotographyTalk permission to use their names, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use.
8. Release. By participating, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against PhotographyTalk, its employees and sponsors, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the contest, or from the use of any prize.
9. Privacy Notice. By participating in this Contest, you agree that PhotographyTalk can collect your personal information, and that if PhotographyTalk cannot collect the required data, you may not be eligible to participate in the Contest. Any personal information collected during the course of the Contest by PhotographyTalk will only be used for administering this Contest and for other purposes as outlined in these Rules, such as Publicity and opt in newsletters.
10. General Conditions. This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, Participants agree that California courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to the contest or sweepstakes and agree that Orange County, California shall be the venue for the same. By participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by the terms of these Rules and by PhotographyTalk's decisions, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Contest. Return of any prize/prize notification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Any potential winner who cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) business days of attempted first notification will forfeit his or her prize. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. PhotographyTalk is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Contest or in the announcement of the prizes. Each Participant agrees not to participate in the Contest in any manner that might: (i) infringe any third-party proprietary, intellectual property, industrial property, personal rights or other rights, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or confidentiality obligation; or (2) otherwise violate applicable law in any countries in the world.
11. No Recourse to Judicial or Other Procedures. To the extent permitted by law, the rights to litigate, to seek injunctive relief, or to any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this Contest are hereby excluded, and you expressly waive any and all such rights.
12. Cancellation. PhotographyTalk reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or prematurely conclude a contest should any computer virus, malfunction, fraud, tampering, unauthorized intervention or other cause beyond their control corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the contest. In the event a contest is canceled prematurely for any reason, PhotographyTalk will use reasonable efforts to pick an alternate winner, but in the event an alternate winner cannot be determined, the prize(s) will not be awarded.
13. Miscellaneous. Each winner must submit proof of eligibility to claim the prize. No purchase necessary to participate or win. Void where prohibited.
14. Severability. If any provision(s) of these Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
15. Winner List. The winner will be posted on the PhotographyTalk.com forum and Facebook page within two (2) weeks of the end of the Contest.
