What do you guys think of this? Obviously would be a pretty sweet piece of equipment.. just wondering if it would make it into anyone's daily bag.

Sigma has some good glass from what I've read.   85mm f/1.4 sure looks like a pretty sweet fast lens.  I was talking to another photographer a few weeks ago, he was saying older Sigma glass was mainly junk, however the new was pretty stinking awesome as he put it.

Haha that's one way to put it! He has a way with words.

Hopefully we can see some comparison shots and see what it can do in the near future. I'm sure that some die hard Sigma fans exist out there that would love to get their hands on it.

Sigma is no different than other lens manufactures.  They have their good and their not so good.  This one looks like their good!

This looks interesting.  Wonder what price point will be?

They need to a make a 135 f/2.0 and call it a day.  Day one purchase here.

When the last candle has been blown out
and the last glass of champagne has been drunk
