This pic was taken from the top of Cape Kiwanda, view is to the north. In the view is Terra Del Mar, The mouth of Sand Lake and Cape Lookout in the background.

Located in Pacific City, Oregon. Beautiful beach, and you can drive right down to the Pacific Ocean, if you dare. :) Great place to go!

It is what it is.

That's the side I was taking photos on around the rocks and sand dune when I was camping, I was trying to practice with the 10 stop nd filter but the tide was out too much. Nothing great.

I like this shot Jan. ND filter set is next on my list of accessories to purchase. Do you prefer the type that screws onto the filter ring or do you like the holder/filter setup?

The 10 stop I got was the screw on because I'd still be waiting for the Lee square filter. They would be better. I have a colkin adapter and a couple of their cheap square filters. I bought the BW 10 stop size for my wide angle but also bought an adapter ring so I can use it on my 18-200. Fun to play with. Be sure to shoot in RAW though so you can adjust white balance etc.
