My mom and I recently did a Viking Ocean Cruise to Italy, Turkey, and Greece. This is one of the many photos I took while on the cruise. This one is from Crete, Greece:

I don't think there's anything wrong with the white balance. The primary flaw here is over-saturation, which ruins the blue sky. The water can withstand it, because of the texture, but the top suffers.

I'm not sure what "adjust the bottom" means, but the buildings and the water ripples are the most interesting parts of this photo.

Thank you all for the input, I was hoping to delete this post and make a single post for all my photos from the trip, but I had over ten and could only post that many at a time. So, I might just post them here, or break them up into different threads, I did adjust the texture pretty high, so that might amount to the added saturation. I will see about lowering it and cropping in from the bottom of the photo as well. Thanks. 

I took your all's advice and cropped in from the top and bottom. This is the result I came up with. I like it more now.

Gary was right a bout the saturation and
the interesting texture of the water.

Was this shot RAW? You make it look like jpg!

Light is free… capturing it is not!
