Is this off total annual license or is this off monthly charges?

The $10 off coupon is a one-time coupon that takes it off the setup fee. The Owned license coupon is 50% the total price. When purchasing an owned license we will install the site on the server of your choice so the fee is a one-time fee with no recurring monthly/yearly fees. :-)
