Thanks, Robbe. This was last year. "Victor, Jr.: ( yes we name them) has matured and has his white head and tail now.

Yes, an immature bald eagle. Caught him in a tree next to the cottage this year. The tree was thick and close so it was tough to get a shot. That's out microwave internet unit on our roof in the pic.


I've been trying to determine if that first pic is him or his mother. Based on the tree that one was on and the feather pattern, I think that is him. Mama usually picks a taller tree about 50 feet away to watch the bay for fish.
