Who’s not frustrated with their photography from time to time? Often it requires a few days or weeks of slogging through the frustration to get back to a point where you’re inspired and are taking photos that you once again deem worthy of all the time, energy, and expense.

If you find yourself in a protracted slump, however, give the video below a look. In it, Sean Tucker takes us through his frustrations as he explores a completely unfamiliar genre. As a product and portrait photographer, Sean doesn’t do much with landscapes but found that in the midst of his frustration, expanding his horizons and trying something new helped reinvigorate him. I think you’ll agree that the results he gets are quite amazing!

Have a look to see Sean’s shooting style, his photography philosophy, apps that were helpful to him, and much more.
