The Hasselblad X1D-50c was built around a 44 x 33mm medium format CMOS sensor. As we already implied, large sensors obtain more light which produces better image quality because of larger pixels and better color accuracy.
What is exceptional about this camera is that it manages to fit in medium format sensor into a compact body. The camera weighs only 1.6 pounds, which is definitely not too heavy for this type of camera.
The camera also has the size of a regular DSLR. It is 5.9 inches wide, 3.9 inches tall and 2.8 inches in depth.

At the moment, there are eight types of lenses to choose from: XCD 2,8/65, XCD 2,8/135, XCD 1,9/80, XCD 4/21, XCD 3,5/120, XCD 3,2/90, XCD 3,5/45, and XCD 3,5/30.
