Fujifilm X-T20

I am considering changing my camera for a full frame. I like Panasonic lumix but they do not yet have a full frame. Can someone suggest a good full frame? I don't think I like a crop sensor. I would like to take pictures where the subject fills the frame and a background showing. I am new to photography. Thanks

G'day mate

Panny certainly do have a full frame digital camera - in fact there are several of them ... refer DP Review.com for more info
As to 'which' camera will suit you - there is heaps more to consider than brand or model number ... ergonomics + price + features + lenses and so it goes on

Hope this helps

  • I would like to take pictures where the subject fills the frame and a background showing.
How well the subject fills the frame is a matter of distance to the subject and the angular field of view of the lens.  The same applies to the "background showing".  The field of view depends on the sensor size and the focal length of the lens.  There are various focal length lenses (especially zooms) for every sensor size.  Thus, zero difference in potential "background showing".  Any sensor size can show as much background as you want, with the appropriate lens.  No full frame magic here.

This has zero to do with sensor size. This is a compositional choice by the photographer.
