Canon 5DmkIII LCD has issues - any suggestions?

I bought a whole bunch of camera gear from a deceased estate which included a Canon 5DmkIII (I own two 5DmkIIs so fairly familliar with these cameras). The LCD screen on the back of the camera body shows only a very poor image (in both playback and live modes) which is mostly red with some blue (see YouTube vid  https://youtu.be/54Nb70FY1q4  ). There are narrow horizontal bars top and bottom of the screen that seem almost normal and I'm wondering if is likely that the LCD panel needs replacing or if it's an issue with the ribbon cable from the LCD having slightly dislodged itself? I've plugged in a mini HDMI monitor and get a perfect image in both playback and live modes. The camera is otherwise in apparently very good condition and seems to have been looked after. Any suggestions or anyone had similar issues?

Suggestions for what?

Sounds like the display needs replacing. And you can't do that yourself, so off to Canon/other authorized service center it goes.

When they start up their repair centers again.

...and in response to my own original post I purchased a replacement screen from eBay for $50 and purchased a set of precision J.I.S. screwdrivers and with a little help from
got the LCD working like a boss. Not so scary an operation though it helps to have a surgeon's steady hands and keen eyesight for the flat flex cable clips.
