Canon 5D Mark IV or Canon EOS R6

If you had EF glass, and needed a new camera would you pick up a Canon 5D Mark IV or would you just take the dive into mirrorless and pick up the R6 with EF lens mount?  The 5D I can pick up used, the R6 (if I can find one) will be bought new and would cost more AND I would have to invest in a EF to RF mount adapter.

I feel the R6 is more future proof and I can slowly start investing in RF lenses as I can afford.

Hmmmmmmm

What would you do?

Canon EOS R6 is a mirrorless camera. This camera has everything you needed. It has a fantastic image quality, awesome IBIS, awe-inspiring AF system, great ISO performance, dual card slots, fast shutter speeds, a very good EVF and rear LCD, and top of the line ergonomics/controls.

I just sold my D5 and bought the R6. Auto focus is great, lighter. Happy I changed.

We to was considering this. However my wife just bought a R6. It blew her away with how crisp and detailed it was, let alone quite and fast. The new AI for animal and human was awesome. I would invest in the R6 with the adapter, I think you will be more than happy. Next up the R5 :)
