#2 works for me

As mentioned the second one has a greenish cast; the original seems to have more realistic color. The B&W looks more grayscale although it has some black and white which many conversions don't seem to have. Usually you look for a 'black-black' and a 'white-white' somewhere in the image, even if it's a small area (but that isn't necessarily in lights or reflections - those could be a 'white-white' but the photo would still need some adjustment).

Thanks for the input... I'm going to play around with my B&W conversion later.

I'm going with the first one... I usually like B/W more but to me the b/w in this one makes the photo too bland

The OOC appears to be lit Mercury Vapor lamps (a personal petty hatred).

The photoshop work does an excellent job of correcting the color to something approaching natural.
(my favorite of the three)

The B & W, is soft. I like it, but most BW are a study in contrasts and texture. THIS one gives the feeling of a fog bank rolling in. Soft, yet pleasant.

I definitely can't fault you for not 'working with the image'.

I really like the processed (or maybe it's "corrected"?) one. The green water doesn't bother me much. I've seen plenty of green water, especially in harbors and bays. And the sky seems so moody, it's great.
