May I ask why you show this photo?
,

Because I love birds.

Before you say who love birds dont have It in cages. This bird is in dangerous and today we have more birds born in cage than in nature.

Why did you ask?

Don´t worry, I only have problems with birds in cages if the cages are too small and not according to the bird´s needs.

I asked cause I wanted to know if you expect or wish any hints or meanings which has to do with photography.

Don´t worry again. If you would have been too rude I would have written that :)

Ok, the photo. What do you say yourself? Are you satisfied with it?
I would be not cause the subject (the bird) is underexposed, not sharp because shutter speed has been too long,
background is overexposed and not really attractive.

Don´t know the EXIFs and your camera but might be a possiblity next time to use a higher ISO
to be able to shorten the shutter speed and to use Spot metering that the exposure of the bird is correct.
A darker background may help too.
To avoid cage bars in the foreground use a focal length of minimum 300 mm, a wide open aperture
and stay in a very short distance or best directly at the bars with your lens.

Thanks a lot for yours tips.

My intention was have a lighten background.

Fallow my EXIF

Camera make : NIKON CORPORATION
Camera model : NIKON D5200
Date/Time :2013/11/19 10:29:43
Resolution : 800 x 1200
Flash used : No
Focal length : 50.0mm (35mm equivalent 50mm)
CCD width : 4.69mm
Exposure time : 0.013 s (1/80)
Aperture : f/1.8
ISO equiv. : 100
Exposure bias : 0.33

The bias was made auto for adobe bridge while revealing

There's a way to prevent this?

Under the same light circumstances go up with ISO to 800, then shutter speed can be abt. 1/250 sec. or less
what will be good to catch bird even when moving a bit.
Not important for this photo but why you reduce resolution to 800 x 1200 only?
If you have use a lens with longer focus.
As far as I know bias in the camera are not made automatically for adobe bridge?
But maybe there is a misunderstanding at my side.

My first though was that it needs a flash really bad. Or you might go around to the other side of the bird where the light is coming from.

There's enough there to fix this in LR or Photoshop with a bit of levels adjustment and layer brushes (or just brushes in LR). And a bit of selective saturation boosting (LR brushes or layers in PS).

Quick edit:

Using the original file I'm sure you can do better.

Sure you can do that.
But I prefer to do photos, not photoshop.
Additional I don´t think that it helps to improve ability of doing photos
when "saving" bad made photos by photoshop or Lightroom.
