I think he must be talking about the snow fall that took place last year in Sahara Desert

From what I hear, South Africa has pretty decent beer.  A buddy of mine works in Yard House and was telling me this. Oh wait, now I'm double guessing myself.  Well I'm 70% sure S. Africa is the place he was telling me about.
