sigh.

So sorry to hear this!  I'm looking for words and honestly struggling.  I wish your sister all the love you and your family can give her!

With out getting into it, it wasn't the chipper road trip you would normally like to go on.  But that's another discussion, at another time.

Honest, I'm thinking about what your sister said: "Living life well is the best revenge on death.”

Love that.  Words indeed of a wise gal!

God bless your sister and family!

Thanks Pinkie. She is so weak, but the mind is still sharp.
Back to brighter topics now.

Yes Pinkie, but apparently the South African version has less in the library.

What are you watching?

Have you considered using a VPN so you can tap into American shows?  That's what I do.  But I've been watching a few things right now.  My brother has gotten me hooked on The Last Kingdom, which is a very interesting series.  As of last night, I'm into series 2.

Are you watching anything series?

Pinkie, I saw Doc Martin long ago, but watched it again with my wife.
I saw Vikings, but lost interest when Ragnor? died.
Anne With An E.
I was trying very hard to like the Umbrella Academy, but I stopped towards the end of the 1st season.
Shooters I watched till the wife died.

The Dressmaker was one of my Netflix favourite movies.
Just watched Enola Holmes and liked it.
I watched Bloodshot because some of it was shot in Cape Town.

I'll jump into this discussion.  My husband is all into those Viking shows.  Honestly at first I had no interest in them.  To violent and other parts I didn't like.  But, that all changed.  Regarding Vikings, things surprisingly remained interesting after Ragnor died in the snake pit.  Just saying, you might want to revisit that one.
