Pinkie, I took photos of my and my father-in-law’s houses which is on the same property.
They need to go to a retirement place and we need to downscale.

It is a problem when the photos are too nice, then reality is a let-down when people come to view the house.
But I saw agent shots. The vertical lines are all skew, highlights are burnt out, etc.

How is the market there?  Are you going to stick around same area or you moving far?

The wife’s kids are here, so we will not move more than a 20km radius.
My wife works at most of the local pharmacies, so we are not moving far.
But we are only selling unless someone wants to buy both houses on the earth.

No, it is sold separately, but two homes on one property, if someone is looking for two homes and willing to pay, we will sell too. We are 5 min drive from the beach.

You have warm waters there correct?  I seem to remember hearing there is good fishing tip of Africa.

We have cold current 40km from me, warm current 5km from me.
But the best fishing from the coast is in Namibia, the country just north of us.
I lived there for 13 years.
People travel the 1900km to go on a fishing holiday there.
Fishing in warm waters off the coast (boat), our east coast is best for that.

Namibia is known for those incredible deserts.  I know many photographers who have gone over there for that purpose.

I see, if you do move will you look to be that close to the water for the next spot?
