Lanb chop is everyone’s favourite, but I had lamb rib on the coals tonight. Just as good.

Pinkie, I like to braai, (bbq) and make Italian dishes. Bolognese, my favourite, but anything nice on pasta is fine. It is always something new, I never write down what I do. It has never been awful, but I can not redo the great ones.
I can also do my own steak in a very hot pan with a mushroom sauce.

Now tell us your culinary skills.

Did you see the movie "100 foot journey"?   If not, I HIGHLY recommend it, if you like dramas and cooking.   As for me, I can hold my own.  I do explore recipes often.  But Italian, American and really any dish/recipe that looks good and has some 'culture' to it.

Do you like Indian food like curry?   I tried making a green curry this past weekend.  It was OK, but I think I went to weak on the spice.

Hi Joseph. Welcome back.

Pinkie, green curry, is that nt more Thai than Indian?
I have green curry at Thai restaurants here, because the Indian curry, even the mild puts me in a sweat.
Green curry is supposed to be mild, unless yours lacked taste.

I saw the movie years ago. Forgot most of the detail.

I'm surprised you got 13 hours here. Everyone should take a 3-day off.

Either way, that sounds good.  I haven't had curry in a long time.  Tough to find good restaurants.
