Julius Caesar said it, Alea iacta est, the die is cast. He said this before crossing the river Rubicon in the year 49 BC.

It has always puzzled me, after I learned that he trew the dice in the river, why - why did he trow a perfectly usable dice into the river? What had the river done to deserve this - or the dice?

- And why haven't anyone gone and picked the dice up from the river? Everybody the last 1962 years, with a little brain activity going on, know it's down there

What's the matter witl people?
