I saw someone had written 'the earth is flat' on an atm near my home recently. I am now convinced.

I proved it long ago. No matter how hard I hit a golf ball, it always stops at some point. If Earth was round wouldn't that ball always be going downhill?
Flat, I say.

Some young people round here will write on any surface. Usually it's their name which I assume is in case they forget it.

When I used to play golf the ball always went right until it hit something hard.

The bat surface is too small. The ball too.
It travels too far, so you need to walk so far before you just hit it away AGAIN to walk even further?
At least in tennis, table tennis, squash etc the ball comes back...
