Yes and no actually. They knew that I would win in court so they chose to give me what I wanted. So yeah a win but not in court.

Yes. Last accident was me watching this guy back up more than 60 feet right into the front of my truck. He was using the side mirrors and didn't see me. He also didn't hear me blowing the horn the last 10 feet. Sigh... :unsure:
