Yes... and worse, no replacements around.

Have you ever wished you had the most expensive camera gifted to you?

I was given an R6 with a 35-70mm and a 28mm PC lens once. The guy who gave it to me was old, his sight was going and he had just gotten a Canon with AF. He did travel photography in Greece and South America. Had some really nice work. I have since replaced it with a 6.2.

Yes, nearly every day to read post. What is funny I just remembered my password so I can interact more here. I signed up here a couple months ago and have only posted a few times.

Have you ever been in a submarine?

Long ago, in the front of the Museum of Science and Industry (Chicago), they had a German sub we had captured in WWII where they found an "Enigma Machine", used to code/decode. Due to that, the capture was kept secret.

I was about 8 years old, and they let you climb inside and out. I don't think it is there any more. And am sure they wouldn't let kids climb on it now. It isn't "safe".

I also had a friend in college on the GI bill, who went down for 9 months at times. No way, Jose!

Yes ... chocolate preferred.

Responding to an earlier post: I love the rain.

Do you ever use your camera in the rain?

Sure, practice makes perfect but, unless you learn from your mistakes, you are only perfecting your ability to fail.

Yes - That is where the Fujifilm comes in to play.

Do you use a Gray Card or Other Device to Custom White Balance?

Yes, and have one based on Robin Myers Imaging WB tool, the DGC-100, I market and sell. His is for WB only, and I paint one side 18% ( Munsell N4.8 ) gray for setting exposure. Plus, mine comes with a beautiful bamboo lanyard (with my school name on it). Let me know if you want one.

I had a Road King and someone pulled out in front of me on Sunset Blvd. just about 5 years ago. Broke my hip in two places, and totalled my lovely bike.
