Multi-camera - Tips, Tricks, Methods

11 months 4 weeks ago #638194 by Fontebuzz
Hello everyone,

I'm new to photography talk so I want to say hi to y'all.  I'm an avid intermediate photographer, mostly just for fun.  I recently went to an auction and luckily won a bid for 8 Canon T6i's all with the 18-55 lens and I'm wondering what cool tricks can be accomplished by using more than 1 camera at a time, e.g. triggered/tethered.

I am familiar with camera array systems with triggers to accomplish 180-360 degree GIF/MP4s.
My question for everyone is what multi-camera tips, tricks, techniques can you share with me using 2-8 cameras?  Any examples/sources would be appreciated.

Can you do 3D type stuff?
What about stitching?

Thanks, Charles

So shooting with 8 cameras would mean at least 7 tripods. No thanks, you could never get me to pay for all those tripods.

Canon 50D, Olympus PL2
