My Manfrotto tripod leg accidently got bent yesterday and won't compress.  There is a slight crease, can this be bent back with out it causing further damage to my tripod?

If there is a crease in the tubing, I don't think you will get that back to 100%.  I would contact Manfrotto to see if you can order a single leg replacement for it.

This happened with me with my first tripod. I was never able to get that back to normal.  It was very frustrating, in retrospect, I wish I had bought a new one sooner.

As said you may be able to get a replacement section from your local distributor. If it is the round legs then you have to take that section off, and then use something round that fits tight to the area where it is bent. Then you tap it past the deformed part. Sometimes you get it close enough, and sometimes you do not.
