need a good scanner

Here’s a tough question!! Well, tough for me because I really don’t know what to get. Here’s the situation, we’ve decided to buy a scanner to make digital images of all our slides. Anyone have suggestions on some good scanners, and what makes them a good choice?

Just guessing, I would say Canon or Kodiak

I have a Canon printer. It has a scanner on it. I know Kodak has some nice ones out there, personally I like Canon and HP.

I sure like my Canon PixMA printer!! It too has a scanner on top and prints some pretty good photos on photo paper.

I like the Canon printers because they come with a full page scanner mounted on top. I seen a few months back, though, that Kodak has a nice one too.

Great ideas guys. Thank you, I was thinking about going with a Canon because of the price.
