I'm quite interested in this. I currently carry around an iPhone and a fuji xpro-1.
While I like the X-pro1 and I can put up with the iPhone, having a two in one deal like this is something I always thought a camera maker should do. While 16MP is a bit of overkill I think and I hope it shoots RAW (though I doubt it). It's nice to have 10x optical zoom and IS in a camera phone.
When the Galaxy camera came out a year or whatever ago, I was excited... until I found out it didn't have a phone. Now it seems Samsung (as they're wont to do) are innovating and thinking about what people want more and more.
I personally think it looks a little bulky, but that's what you get when trying to make a camera that's also a phone (luckily I've got big hands).
