How do they make the water look so wispy here?

that is an awsome photo. I too would love to know how they did it. However, I think a longer exposure is what does that.

I'd say they set up the camera on a tripod with a zoom lens and kept the shutter open for about 30 seconds. Great photo, don't you think? I sure like it!

But how do you keep the shutter open that long during daylight and still get it exposed correctly? Won't it be over exposed?

Good point. I wish I knew the answer. 30 seconds may be too long of an exposure so maybe closer to 15 seconds. This is just a guess though.
