Any suggestions on what settings to use for shooting an indoor wedding? :)

phewwww thats such a broad question, short answer is, if no flash iso 800 or above with your lens set at widest f stop, and use a monopod to stabalise your camera that should enable you to get down to 1/15th speed, if with flash make sure it is diffused, or bounced, start with 1/125th again use a wide aperture to blur your back grounds or if you want them seen use f8, check your rear screen frequently.

I imagine in the end, the settings will depend on the lighting you have available. I never took pictures inside a church for any reason, so I can't really tell you the exact settings.

Raw, auto-wb, f/2.8 @ 1/60th @ ISO 1600, unless the lighting doesn't work for those exposure settings. ;)
