What camera should i get?

This is most likely one of the most posted question out there but here another one! This of course will be my first Camera, I have a decent starting budget of max of about 2500 US dollars even though i am just looking for the best camera for my needs. So first my girlfriend has a rebel t7i and like to go around taking photos so this would a camera I could go with here and do more then stand around. Second I build websites on the side and I like to use different images in my designs like cityscapes, landscapes, and architecture type photos which i am tired of paying for and looking for stock images and would love to able to use my own photos. Third i like the aesthetic of lowlight and night time photos( I know that a good time to take these photos is dawn or dusk right before the sunrises or right after the sunsets), so i would like a camera that can take some good low light photos( i have some experience in post processing so I can edit them as well).

Should i get a full frame camera or a cropped sensor?DSLR or mirrorless? I was looking at the canon eos m5 which I liked the size because I felt i would bring it with me more places even when its not about taking pictures. but will it get me what i want? please help it would be much appreciated!
Thank you

All questions only you can answer. All modern bodies are very low light capable, full frames still have some advantages over crops in landscape photography but the latter is still quite capable. You need to go fondle them, kick the tires, check reviews and make up your own mind....
(A mirrorless is in my future, but I currently don't see it replacing my dslr)

Why so serious?
