Trying to decide... Windows i7 or Mac i5

Need to buy a new laptop for my business... I will mainly use it for retouching and post processing.

Thinking of buying an ASUS i7

or a Macbook Air...

What do you recommend me?

Get the iMac! The Macbook Air is amazing. I have one and I have no regrets!

I would hold off on recommending which one is better until a specific model number is mentioned, most brands apple included can wildly vary in the same product line.

This is correct. The Macs are no better than a like configured PC. Go to Dell and build your own is my advice, max it out  and it will blow the Mac away...probably at less cost.

Why so serious?
