Get licensed to fly drones commercially?

This ad popped up in front of me in my Facebook feed.  Prior I was looking around for information on legally do we need to be licensed in order to use our drones for hired work?  Meaning weddings or corporate events.

$180 bucks?  Is this course recognized by any regulating bodies as accredited?  Does the education really mean anything?  

If so, $180 isn't bad at all.
