I'm kind of new at all of this and just wanted to say this program is a blast! Pretty easy and has great instructions. Just passing a friendly tip along to the rest of you.

Thanks for letting us know, at the moment I use a few techniques in photoshop but have always been interested in this particular piece of software, so what you are saying is you would recommend it, yes ???

Another yes from me. I bought the version that allows you to work on 16 bit files, which gives me a little more flexibility, but it is great how it makes subtle changes to a face to make it more attractive without making it look strange or different to "real life." You can get rid of spots in Photoshop and smooth skin etc. but it is amazing how quickly Portrait Professional works.

You can work on different faces in a group photo and then save the finished picture - your subjects will be really impressed!

Good software. Easy to go overboard though at first. It's well worth the money and very, very easy to learn, almost no learning curve. I bought the same version as Steve and would do it again in a heartbeat.

It is what it is.

I've had it for a long time. I use it on my self! And yes, you can go overboard easily. Please don't look too closely.

It is well worth the cost. And it works.

Thanks for the positive comments. I have been thinking of purchasing the program for sometime. I still do all of my portrait retouching and refinements in photoshop, takes a little longer and I can get the same/similar results. Worth another look at it ...
