Retouching diamonds in Photoshop to get sparkle
That's what you need to use yourself. Have two or three (or more) halogen table lamps set up around it. And be sure to LOOK for the sparkles they make (you may need to move them a bit).
Or else, use a star filter. It'll then look like you used a star filter.
