Poll Results: How many photographers are using Photoshop to post process their photos?

12 years 8 months ago #132490 by PhotographyTalk
On Thursday we asked the PhotographyTalk Facebook fan page "As a photographer do you use Photoshop to post process your photos?"

Here's another close poll where we had 460 photographers voting with 204 photographers voting that they don't use Photoshop. With the remaining and winning vote of 256 photographers voting that they did use Photoshop to post process their photos.

So in this small poll, I'm sure Adobe is happy to see that more Photographers are using their prized Photoshop

I'm sure Adobe has been happy for a while as Ps has earned them millions in revenue. With Elements and Lightroom also on the table, Adobe is doing well and there is no question that they are the leader.

Recently downloaded the PS trail and will probably purchase when the trial is over.

Used the very similar GIMP before that, but I think if your photography progresses - you just need that little bit more and PS gives you that.

I use Serif's PhotoPlus at least for now it does everything I need, and I can use photoshop plugins. I am happy with it I am just eagerly awaiting the announcement of X5. I think it should be soon.
