website like smugmug with easier customization

I like the idea of smugmug where clients can view their gallery and print what they want. The customization is just to complicated for me and I don't have the budget to pay someone. Are there any other websites that offer this?

There is also Zenfolio. However I do not use either one of them to know the differences, if one is easier to set up compare to the other. Maybe someone on the forum has used both sites and can help you more with your question.

I'm on Zenfolio, never tried Smugmug. ZF customization is pretty easy, at least with regard to page colors and hiding features that you don't want to confuse the client. I do wish they provided more font choices and layouts. For any questions on ZF, their forum is open to the public, you do not have to be a ZF member -

I experimented with both Zenfolio and Smugmug about a year ago. i found Zenfolio easier to customize. Stuff I read suggested that Smugmug offers more customization options and so has a more complex setup and steeper learning curve. Zenfolio offers a 14 day free trial. Give at a try.

Thanks, I think I have heard of Zenfolio. Don't they deal with mpix?

I use smugmug, but I know a bit about web design and such. There's a lot of tutorials out there. But zenfolio is another idea. The reason I never went with zenfolio (years ago, they may be different now) is that zenfolio only printed and delivered to the U.S. (not so good to me).

Like I said maybe now zenfolio will print/deliver outside the U.S. Worth looking into.
