Lightroom 6 cool features I've found already.

Of course this is hitting all of the photog sites.  On FM a guy posted a sample where the PS HDR showed color banding, but with LR6 HDR the same subject showed almost no banding.

Yeh I want to try it out with some old shots I did years ago (with burst mode and bracketing) but that's on my home computer and I've not had a lot of time to do it.

I think Adobe did a really good job with the latest release

The other new feature I really like and will probably use more often than HDR or pano is the new brush added to the Graduated Filter and Radial Filter so you can paint out areas you don't want affected, or paint in areas you do. Pretty handy.

You think Adobe is trying to make Lightroom a Photoshop replacement one day?

For some people.  It all depends what you do with it.

For me they compliment each other.

Not even close. The two tools work together and have different roles. PS can do far, far more than LR.

For photographers, maybe for some, as each version gets better and better. I agree LR and PS complement each other. Lightroom works beautifully for me most of the time but for a few things I still go to Photoshop. For instance, PS has a great Patch tool, and for certain things you will want pixel-level manipulation.

Agree with all that has been said...except WOW... I have used 3 different HDR programs before, and this HDR is hands down the best if you want a "natural" look.  Absolutely amazing.

And amazingly fast, though I've only played with HDR a little so far in LR.
