Lightroom or Photoshop, however not on most of my images, mainly because I'm to lazy to go through the process.

The other day I came across the list of apps for watermarking photos and thought then 'omg, who ever needs them?'. Maybe, those who watermark hundreds of photos? I don't, but if I did, I'd just add a caption to a picture in PhotoWorks , choose the text style and set the opacity level to make the signature half-transparent. Easier than in Photoshop.
