Does this plugin work with Photoshop or is this a stand alone software?

I tried it as a stand alone software. But it was awhile back. It might be available as either.

Actually... Studio Studio 64 Are available as a PhotoShop plug-in.

As a standard edition - no - its not a plug-in.

Is there a difference from one to another?

I think the standalone is more reliable than the Plug in (if there is one) ;-)

I use it as a plug-in on PSE 9. It's great, but a bit slow on my windoze XP box.
That system died last Tuesday, so I will be installing it on my ubuntu using the Sun Virtualbox and Win7(ugh!). I have 8 gb of RAM & a dual AMD x64 cpu, so I think it will run OK

I have tried these programs and honestly I prefer doing the changes in photoshop. Or at least that is what I'm working on.

Yes. Studio and Studio64 cost more and do more.

Update: After a month of using this software, I'm not feeling it. I think you can do much more in Photoshop. I'm not happy with this software. :(

I have a standard version, and I like it for a quick edit (I would not dare to post an unedited picture of myself). I feel like Portraid Professional gives you some control, where the photoshop has 100% control.
